I found Trinny & Susannah’s Book at the local library and I am absolutely loving it so far! I’m a firm believer that we are all equally beautiful in our own way and this book re-asserts this notion, by saying you too can feel sexy and confident, and it’s not by being a size 2. It’s about knowing your body shape and dressing it to highlight you assets, and hide your not so flattering areas. You’ve gotta love being female! The book also points out that sometimes the fashion and style choices we make are actually working against our assets – no we don’t want that do we!

Like I said, you don’t need to be a size 2 – so forget your size! We’re here to talk about body shapes! Trinny and Susannah outlined 12 in their book. What do you think you are?
