The No Junk Food Challenge

Posted by: Camille, May 9, 2012

Hiya Blushing Brides To-Be!

Sorry it’s been ages since I last posted, don’t worry I haven’t given up and am well into a comfortable but challenging daily workout routine (will talk more about that tomorrow) anywhos I thought I’d share with you guys a cool idea I found it on pinterest, apologies as I can’t remember where I found it as I was randomly surfing last night and just save it. But yeah, I think it’s an awesome idea and I’d love to see you join me. So here’s what you got to do:

Here’s some tips:

* Don’t get the idea that junk food and food is bad for you. Food is obviously good for you, its JUNK food that’s not good for you

* Get creative, healthy food which would be like fruits and vegetables can be equally if not more delicious, play with colors, red capsicums, sliced orange carrots, green lettuce, well you get me I’m sure. If you need some inspiration look up some delicious vegetarian snacks on the net, there are some colorful and drool worthy photo collections online

* Hunkering for something sweet? You’re body is really just craving something fruity, make it more filling with a bit of yoghurt

* Feel like a packet of crips, love that crunchy sensation? Try some crunchy snow peas as a snack, or even fresh capsicum, I snack on em all the time and its so yummy!Or how about nuts? crunchy goodness I tell ya :)

Easy Pea-sy right? Alright ladies, let’s get to it! Keep a diary of how you feel whenever you feel especially craving something that you know isn’t so good for you, and how you overcame it! Share your ideas and stories below! I’d love to hear from you. Xoxo Lariana
