Thanks for dropping by. Sorry I haven’t been able to blog the past week, just a few crazy things been happening but I’m starting to get it all sorted out, I shall be back to blogging daily tomorrow, have a few blog posts in the pipeline that I hope you’ll find useful and enjoyable.
Just a quick blog post for tonight. Sharing some links of some awesome “feel good” websites I’ve come across. Leave a comment here too if you have some site suggestions of your own.
1. Makes Me Think
This website is awesome, telling stories of inspiration and thought provoking questions in a paragraph or less. I love that it focuses on re-adjusting your priorities or negative thought patters when you need it. I’m so tired of seeing this FML stuff everywhere, there is always somehow a worse situation, but you need to see the other side of everything right? Try Makes Me Think for a daily does of reminders and little happiness.

2. Bikini Body Bootcamp
I’m really excited about this one. As you’ve probably heard, exercise is a great way to feel good & healthy and strengthen the immune system. With chronic conditions it’s really important to try to do a little bit of exercise, you may feel tired before you start but in face exercise can help you generate energy. Today I started day 1 of the Bikini Body Bootcamp, I’m excited to share with you the results in upcoming blogs.

3. A Father’s Instructions for Life
I “stumble upon” this website with then click of a button. How awesome is stumble upon by the way? Ok sorry veering of topic 
I really liked the idea on this webpage. I’m always a sucker for interactive activities to help one remember what really matters in life. The idea of having a book, or a binder, where you can write notes or ideas for your children to ponder, and then to have them add to it, sort of building a family heirloom they can pass down, and its real advice from members of your own family. I’m in love with the idea. Definitely adopting this one.
